The brand has been such huge success that it is set to launch in beauty store Mecca in October – and will be available in 60 stores.

When asked why she kept her name away from the brand until now, Samantha said she wanted the product to grow organically on the market.

‘I really didn’t share it within anyone at the time, I really wanted the brand and products to speak for themselves. I never wanted it to be a founder-label thing,’ she explained.

‘It needed to be really simplified otherwise forget about it,’ she said.

The blonde, who is now on leave from her job and focusing on her brand, said it took years to get the SPF products approved in Australia.

Her products, which include the SPF 50+ Hydrating Glow Mist ($39.95) and the SPF50+ Collagen Glow 100% Mineral Lotion ($39.95) are used by the likes of MAFS star Martha Kalifatidis and Natasha Oakley.

With her new range under her belt, her TV career and six books, she said she hopes to ‘inspire’ other people to chase their goals and dreams.

‘When I was younger and really small and bullied a little bit, I just got it in me that once I finish school I would not let anyone tell me that I couldn’t do something,’ Samantha said.

‘I always thought if I could prove that it could be done without anyone stopping you because you believe in it, maybe you can inspire other people.’

As for her own inspirations, Samantha added that she was inspired by the likes of Arianna Huffington and Meghan Markle after interviewing the duchess for her book, The Game Changers.

‘All these women had the same thing in common, they would not let naysayers or rejection stand in their way and I came out of that book really inspired by that. I was empowered,’ Sam said.
