EastEnders: Kellie Bright reveals surprising fact about Linda in 2020

Kellie Bright has given fans a sneak peek of her ‘miracle’ baby boy Rudy as she shared a rare snap of her home.

The actress, who plays Linda Carter on EastEnders, welcomed her third child with husband Paul Stoker in July, and posted a snap of the cute tot on her Instagram Stories.

Showing Rudy laid on a padded patterned mat underneath a baby gym that was filled with adorable plush toys.

“Rudy loves his @tinyloveglobl playmat!” Kellie wrote, as she confirmed the baby toys were kindly gifted by the Mum and Me app, who she’s previously worked with on a brand partnership.

The actress, who is also mum to sons Freddy, nine, and Gene, four, with husband Paul, also gave fans a rare glimpse into her family home with the picture, as neutral wooden furniture could be seen in the background, as well as a chic wooden floor.

Kellie treated fans to another peek at her home in August, as she posted pictures from her baby son’s nursery.

Showing off the new SnuzPod bedside cot, which retails for £190 and is designed to help new mums feed their little ones during the night with minimal fuss, Kellie’s snap also gave her 112,000 followers a chance to see her interiors style.

Spotted in the picture was a nightlight on a set of drawers, and a shelf full of toys, including alphabet blocks, a whale teddy, and Care Bear figures, with neutral decor including white walls and wooden furniture.

Kellie announced the birth of her “miracle” third child last month in an interview with OK!, revealing she gave birth to Rudy back in July.

She detailed the “excruciating” birth and how lucky she feels having been able to “complete” her family, joking that her husband Paul likened the labour to “a car crash”.

Kellie’s character Linda Carter’s pregnancy was written into the soap

Kellie said she experienced “quick and intense” contractions that left her breathless, and she said Rudy arrived just 20 minutes after she was wheeled onto the labour ward.

The actress is currently on maternity leave from the BBC One soap, and recently vented her frustration at the sexism she faced when she announced she was pregnant at the age of 44.

Kellie went through a “rollercoaster” IVF journey to fall pregnant with Rudy, and she hit back at those who said she was “too old” to have a baby in her forties.

“First of all, if I was a man having my third child at 44, no one would bat an eyelid,” she told OK!

“Don’t forget my husband is much younger than me,” Kellie added, noting that she and husband Paul had “fertility struggles we didn’t expect”.
